Do I have to be local?
Not at all. We're based in Chandler, but most clients work with us virtually. Everything can be handled securely online, from QuickBooks access to document sharing and meetings.
What's the difference between cleanup and monthly services?
Cleanup gets your books caught up and accurate. It fixes the past. Monthly services keep things organized going forward, so your reports stay clear and tax time stays easy. Many clients do both so they get current and stay that way all year.
Do you handle tax returns?
We don't file tax returns directly, but we work closely with trusted partners who do, and with partners for payroll, HR and merchant services. We'll connect you while we handle your bookkeeping, QuickBooks and monthly accounting, so everything stays accurate and ready for tax time.
How soon can I get started?
Pretty quickly. Most clients can begin within a few business days after their consultation. Once we understand what you need, we'll set up your account, outline next steps and get you on the schedule.
What happens after I send a question?
We call you back during office hours, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. If you send it in the evening or on a weekend, expect our call the next business morning.
